Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due care and remember
to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold pieces in place while
you allow glue to dry.
Remove the four sides, base and platform from
the sprue.
Glue the sides to the base so that the lowest “tab”
on each piece sits under the one to its right.
Gently push the sides together so the tabs go into
the slots, then glue the platform on top.
Take the sails, tail and supports.
Glue the supports to the tail as shown above.
Glue the tail to the back of the sails.
Glue the rod to the tailpiece.
Slide the rod through the platform and into the
hole in the base. Glue the back of the sails to the
platform to help support them.
