5 Ring Plunger 3/8-16 (85607804)

Instructions

NOTE: This procedure should be followed to remove and replace a broken Ring Plunger (85607804) in a

Duckhead Finger-Roller (85607802).

1. While holding the Duckhead Finger-Roller as shown, insert the #4 Extractor Tool.

Hold the Duckhead Finger-Roller on a sturdy surface and tap the Extractor with a Hammer.

2. Use a Tap Handle or Wrench to turn the Extractor Counter-Clockwise (CCW) to remove the

broken Ring Plunger.

3. Insert a new Ring Plunger (85607804) finger tight. Use a 3/8” Wrench to continue turning the

Ring Plunger until it stops against the Duckhead Finger-Roller as shown.
