③Put the clear static cling
sticker on the windshield.
④Insert the Micro SD Card

⑩Turn the Dashcamon.
The Acumen Dashcam will
automatically turn on/off whenever
your vehicle turns on/off
respectively. Start your vehicle and
the Dashcam will automatically turn
on and begin recording.
⑤Remove the mask on
the adhesive mount.
⑥Mount the adhesive mount
on the static cling sticker.
⑨Run the power cable around the
trim (A or B) of your vehicle and insert
the car charger into your vehicle
cigarette lighter port as shown.
⑧Adjsut the front camera
to a desired angle.
Installation of Back-up Camera
For the Back-Up Camera to be properly installed, it must be wired into the
vehicle’s taillight harness. If you are not comfortable or knowledgeable with
12-Volt or 24-Volt DC wiring, have the system professionally installed.
These instructions are only meant as a general guide due to the number of
different makes and models of vehicles. For Vehicle-specific questions, contact
your vehicle’s manufacturer.
(1).Remove the protector on the adhesive mount. Please adjust the camera
angle to a horizontal position relative to the ground, so as to provide an
optimal view of objects behind the vehicle. Loosen the screws on the back-up
camera and you can adjust the camera, tight the screws to keep the desired
angle.
LED Light
The back-up camera can be positioned either on the bottom side of the lid or
the face side. Some states or local governments may have regulations or laws
that restrict the use of anything that might impair the clear view of a license
plates, check local laws for compliance.
(2).Insert the AV cable into the AV port to get both the front camera and the
back-up camera connected.
(3).Connect two 4 pin cables and the two arrows on its connector should point
at each other.
Note: If you already have a back-up camera on your vehicle or you dont
like to splice the camera wires into the rear lights, please go to step 10.

(4).Make sure the vehicle engine is off before you check the vehicle wires and
splice the camera wires into the reverse light’s.
(5).Determine which are the positive (+) and negative (-) wires for the reverse
lights on the vehicle. You can sue either the right-or-left-side reverse light
wires. For help locating the vehicle’s reverse light circuit, contact your
vehicle’s manufacturer for vehicle-specific wiring diagrams.
(6).Remove the vehicle’s negative (-) battery cable.
(7).Once the proper wires for the reverse lights have been determined, the
camera wires must be spliced into the vehicle wires. To wire the camera, you
must be knowledgeable in 12-volt DC electrical practices.
(8).The red positive (+) wire from the camera splice into the positive (+) wire
from the reverse lights and the black negative (-) wire from the camera splices
into the negative (-) wire from the reverse lights.

(9).Using the electrical tape to fix the wire you are splicing into the vehicle wire.
(10).Run the Back-Up Camera’s cables as the picture shown below.
Sentry Front Camera

path in A1 or A2.

G-Sensor
When the G-sensor is on, the dashcam measures the forces that act on it
during changes in velocity and automatically locks files in the case of an event
triggering the sensor.

automatically creating a time lapse footage without the need for you to edit
the video clips manually in software later.

deleted when it's selected.

Photo Mode
Sets the time gap for capturing an image. For example, if you select 2s, then 2
seconds will be the delay between the OK button being press and the image
being captured.

Scroll up or down and then press OK to select an option for the
snapshot/video currently displaying.

2.Protect . Lock/unlock the current file displayed or lock/unlock all files.
Press Mode button repeatedly to switch to Album mode.
This mode lets you play back recorded video or view snapshots.
1.Press Mode until either or displays in the upper left corner
of the screen.
2.Press OK to view the recorded files/snapshot or to scroll
through the recorded files/snapshots.

Back-Up Camera
When the back-up camera is setup, start the engine and the back-up camera
will be turned on and start recording as same as the front camera. The images
captured by the back-up camera will be shown as picture-in-picture on the
screen.
When you are reverse parking, the intelligent parking assist will be triggered.
Elite100 will show your cars back view with full screen on its display. This
function is not available when its power cable is not spliced into the reverse
lights

Emergency Lock
When it's recording , press Menu button to lock the current footage
from being overwritten.
Troubleshooting
Check your vehicle's owner's manual to verify that
you've connected the camera to a power outlet that
only operates when the key is in the ON or ACC
position. If you have connected your camera
accordingly and it still remains on when the car is
turned off , please email to DCservice@arirobot.com
for assistance.

Video is unclear.
Ensure that there are no fingerprints or dirt on the
lens. Ensure that the lens is always kept clean.
Cross-stipe interference in an
image.
Ensure that the micro SD card is formatted
properly and inserted correctly.

Specifications
(1).Please follow the set-up and usage instructions in the print material that came with
this dashboard camera (dash cam) product.
(2).You should not set/install this dash cam at a place that would obstruct or reduce a
driver's view and make sure your usage comply with pertinent vehicle codes of your
state, province, territory or country.
(3).You should post the required notices of record action to occupants inside the vehicle.
If voices or other information/signal pertaining to in-vehicle activities will be recorded.
(4).You should not change the dash cam's setting or mode of operation when the vehicle
is in motion.
(5).The optional driving warning signals, including any visual or audible reminder signals,
should not replace your decision-making and judgment that are needed for the proper
operation of the vehicle.
(6).You should not leave the dash cam in a visible spot when no one is inside the vehicle,
to avoid attracting break-ins to steal the camera or other property.
(7).You should avoid extended exposure of the dash cam to direct sunlight or extreme
temperatures (either high or low temperature) which tend to degrade or damage the
camera and its functionality.
(8).You should examine, check and/or verify the dash cam at least every 6 months,
including the associated memory card, to ensure the video reception and recording are
working properly. Every time before you use the dash cam, please verify that the dash
cam, the visible lights and the audible sound are working properly. If there's sign of no-
operation or mal-function, please replace the dash camera immediately and to see if the
product is still covered by the applicable warranty.
(9). The dash cam may have additional functionality, such as transmission and recording
of audible or GPS signal or other identification information. If you have privacy concerns
about these functions, please make sure you follow the instruction to disable these
functions.
(10).The dash cam should be used in the way it is intended. You should not use the dash
cam in a illegal way or that tends to physically damage the camera, or tends to cause
danger concerns to the safe operation of the vehicle or the occupants.
