1 Installation guide
1.1 Electrical connection
Installation, servicing and troubleshooting of all electrical equipment must be carried out by quali-
fied personnel in compliance with the applicable national and international standard EN 60204-1
and any other EU standards that are applicable in Europe.
The installation of a power supply isolator is required for each motor and power supply to facilitate
voltage-free work on the electrical equipment. The power supply isolator is not included.
1.2 Replacement of print
Remove the cover on actuator by turning the 4 quarter-turn
screws.
Remove cable ties.
Loosen the print from the cover.
Remove the three connectors. Avoid pulling the wires.
Attach the three connectors to the new print.
Check that 5 protection buttons have been pressed down
over the 5 contacts.
Attach the print in the clamp and fasten the cables with cable
ties.

1.3 Calibration
The mechanical end stop and inner position on the actuator must be the same.
Prior to calibration, mount one inlet for air intake on the drawbar to the maximum open position.
The outer position inlet for air intake is closed.
The actuator cannot run in auto mode until calibration has been completed.
1. Press MAN.
2. Press SET and hold for 5 seconds until the yellow LED flashing.
3. Press IN or OUT until the actuator is in the desired outer/inner position.
4. Press IN or OUT to stop.
5. To save the position press SET and hold until the red LED flashes three times.
6. Press IN or OUT until the actuator is in the desired outer/inner position.
7. Press IN or OUT to stop.
8. To save the position press SET and hold until the red LED flashes three times.
9. Red LED is constantly on.
The calibration is complete. The actuator is in manual mode.
