FUNCTIONS
• General Server Functions
The Router Server was designed to administer and manage up to 20 stations. Stations and SIP softphones can be managed.
Viewing the server status: this gives an overall view of the stations and of their status.
General configuration: we can define the number of digits for extensions, the call times, priorities, etc.
Defining stations: this menu is for adding, modifying, or deleting a station.
Server configuration: In this menu, we can add, modify or delete a server.
Call group: We can configure several call groups. Every group may contain several stations. When a group
is called, the first one that replies enters into a conversation, and the call disappears from others stations of
the group.
Call areas: used for managing overflows. In a call area, if a station does not reply, the call is then sent to
other stations.
Paging Group: used for configuring paging call groups. If they receive a call, members of a paging group
then pick up and can all listen to the conversation.
• Functions of interconnection with external systems: SIP Trunk
Configuration of SIP Trunk connection either as client or as server.
Set dialing rules to be used to make calls to the registered stations on external systems.
Define external extensions to identify extensions on external servers by giving them a local number. These
extensions are then used when configuring overflow or creating call groups.
• User function of the Web server
The Web server of the station allows granting, modifying or deleting the rights to the users by specifying their login,
password and language.
• Administration management SNMP
The station includes an agent SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) to respond to SNMP requests and to send
notifications (traps) to a SNMP manager.
From web pages, you can:
Configure different community (read / write)
Configure system data (“sysContact” and “sysLocation”)
Configure notifications (recipient, community ...)
Download “MIB Castel”
It supports SNMPv1 and SNMPv2c versions.
