Insert the connection plate (18B)

into the corresponding space in the

rear left oor panel (18A).

STEP 18-2

Press the plate (18B) into the oor

panel (18A).

STEP 18-3

Turn the assembly over and x

the plate with an FP01 screw.

Align the two posts

on the underside of

the central oor panel

(16A) with the two

corresponding holes

in the rear left panel

(18A).

Press the pieces

together, engaging the

posts in the holes.

Recover the central oor

panel (16A) from the

Turn the assembly over

and secure the two

pieces together with

two FP01 screws.

STEP 19-1

Place the left fuel line

(19F) in its housing

in position along the

left side of the oor,

engaging the posts with

the corresponding holes.

STEP 19-2

Turn the assembly over and

secure the left fuel line from the

underside of the oor with two

FP01 screws.

Place the right fuel line (19E)

in its position along the right

side of the oor.

Secure the right fuel line

(19E) from the underside

of the oor with two

FP01 screws.

Mount interior side cover 1

(19C) into its corresponding

location in the oor. The

two covers are identical so

can be mounted either on

the right or on the left.

STEP 19-6

Secure interior side cover 1

(19C) to the oor with an

FP01 screw. Repeat this with

interior side cover 2 (19D) on

the other side of the oor.

Place re extinguisher

part 2 (19B) on part

1 (19A), as shown,

aligning the edges.

Insert the posts of the

re extinguisher into

the corresponding holes

Press the co-driver interior

compartment box lock (21-F)

into the corresponding hole in

the box (21-E).

STEP 21-3

Mount the co-driver interior compartment box onto

the interior partition (20A).

STEP 21-4

Turn the partition over (20A) and secure the

box with an FP01 screw.

STEP 21-2

Turn the assembly over and secure

the lock with an FP01 screw.

Mount the other upper

safety harnesses parts

(21B), (21C) and (21D)

to the partition in the

same way.

STEP 21-6

Insert the end of upper

safety harness part 1 of the

(21A) into the farthest right

slot of the four located in

the centre of the partition.

STEP 21-7

Snap the end of the

safety harness (21A)

onto the post.

STEP 21-5

Turn the partition over again and insert

the ignition coil (21G) into the position

shown. Secure it form the other side

with an FP01 screw.
