STEP 3-1
Align the holes in the
wheel centre (3-B) with
the corresponding pins
in the wheel outer (3-A).
Carefully place the wheel
centre into position.
STEP 3-2
Lay the wheel inner (3-C)
over the wheel centre,
placing the posts onto the
pins projecting through the
holes of the centre.
STEP 3-3
Place the brake cooling tube socket (3-G)
into the corresponding hole of disc brake 1
(3-D). These parts can only t together in one
orientation due to the notches.
STEP 3-4
Secure the socket from behind
with an FP01 screw.

Place disc brake
2 (3-E), onto disc
brake 1, as shown.
STEP 3-6
Place the brake caliper
(3-F) over brake discs 1
and 2. Secure with an
FD01 screw (inset).
STEP 3-7
Place the brake
assembly inside the
wheel, inserting the
axle of the brake
into the hole in
the centre of the
wheel. Align the
lug indicated on
the wheel (3-B)
with the slot in the
brake disc.

STEP 3-8
Turn the entire assembly
over and secure the brake to
the wheel with a FD02 screw.
STEP 3-9
Place the wheel nut (3-H) in the
centre hole of the wheel, over
the screw. It is magnetic, so it
will be held in position.

STEP 4-1
Place the exterior door light (4-C) into the
hole in the door (4-A). They can only t
together in one orientation.
STEP 4-4
Place the hinge plate (4-I) onto the inside of the
door, over the hinge, and secure with an FD01 screw.
Check that the hinge can rotate, and loosen the
screw holding the plate in place if it doesn’t.
STEP 4-2
Hold the light in place and secure it from the inside
of the door with an FP02 screw.
STEP 4-5
Insert the opening mechanism (4-K) into the opening
mechanism spring (4-L). Place the two parts into the
the corresponding area at the rear of the door.

Place the hinge
(4-H) into the
corresponding
recess in the right
door (4-A).

Place the opening
mechanism plate (4-
J). Secure with two
FD04 screws.
STEP 4-7
Place the door ceiling
panel (4-G) onto the
inside of the door (4-A).
Match the four pins
with the four holes and
press the parts together.
STEP 4-8
Pass the bottom of the window (4-B) through the
opening in the door and secure to the three posts
with FD03 screws.
STEP 4-9
Take the inner door panel (4-D) and place the
inner door compartment (4-E) onto the pin and
two posts on the inside of the panel. Secure with
an FP01 screw.

Fix the inner door compartment cover (4-F) into the space in the
inner door panel, pressing it in so that the tabs engage.

panel (4-D) onto the

holes in the opening
of the panel with
those in the door. Fix
in position with two
FD01 screws.
