To help prevent tipover:
• Install tipover restraint provided.
• Place heaviest items in the lower drawers.
• Unless specifi cally desined to
accommodate, do not set TVs or other
heavy objects on top of this product.
• Never allow children to climb or han on
drawers, doors, or shelves.
• Never open more than one drawer at a time.

• Do not defeat or remove the drawer
interlock system.
Use of tipover restraints may only reduce,
but not eliminate, the risk of tipover.
This is a permanent label. Do not remove.

Assemble your unit on a carpeted fl oor or on the empty
carton to avoid scratchin your unit or the fl oor.

Push twenty-one HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the ENDS (A
and B), SHELF/BOTTOMS (D), and DRAWER BRACE (M64).
Then, insert the metal end of twelve CAM DOWELS (2F)
into the HIDDEN CAMS, except the lon edes of the
ENDS (A and B) and the DRAWER BRACE (M64).

Do not stand the unit upriht without the
BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.
Caution

Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edes. Unfold the
BACK (E) and lay it over your unit.

Make equal marins alon alon the two short edes and alon
the two lon edes of the BACK (E). Push on opposite corners of
your unit if needed to make it "square".

Fasten the BACK (E) to your unit usin the NAILS (1N).
å
NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the
SHELF/BOTTOM (D).

Fasten four HINGES (14H) and four HINGE SPACERS (22H)
to the DOORS (F). Use eiht SILVER 5/8" FLAT
HEAD SCREWS (23S).

Carefully stand your unit upriht.
å
Before fastenin the DOOR to your unit, be sure the
mountin screw is aainst the stops as shown in the
diaram. If it isn't, loosen the mountin screw to slide it
aainst the stops. Then tihten the mountin screw.
å
Fasten a DOOR (F) to the LEFT END (B) as shown in
the lower diaram. Use the screws in the HINGES. You
should start each SCREW a few turns before completely
tihtenin any of them.

Fasten a KNOB (24K) to the DOOR (F). Use a BLACK
1-1/8" MACHINE SCREW (21S).

Repeat this step for the other DOOR (F).

The DOORS may need some adjustments. Follow the text below to make needed adjustments.

DOOR ADJUSTMENTS:
To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal) turn the adjustin screw in or out.

To adjust the DOORS up and down (vertical), loosen both vertical adjustment screws. Move the DOORS up or down to the
desired location. Tihten the screws after makin adjustments.
å
To adjust the DOORS in or out (depth), loosen the mountin screw one turn and move the DOORS in or out, as needed.
Tihten the mountin screw after makin adjustments.

Insert the DRAWER SIDES (D26 and D27) at
an angle into the slot at each end of the
DRAWER FRONT (K).

Slide the DRAWER BOTTOM (D981) into the grooves
in the DRAWER SIDES (D26 and D27) and
DRAWER FRONT (K).

Fasten the DRAWER BRACE (M64) to the
DRAWER FRONT (K). Tighten one HIDDEN CAM.

Fasten the DRAWER BACK (D174) to the DRAWER
SIDES (D26 and D27) and DRAWER BRACE (M64). Use
five BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (30S).

With the palm of your hand,
tap the DRAWER BOTTOM

Insert two SLIDE CAMS (10A) into the DRAWER SIDES (D26 and D27).

Fasten the DRAWER RIGHT (35GC) and DRAWER LEFT (35GD)
to the DRAWER SIDES (D26 and D27). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT
HEAD SCREWS (3S) throuh holes #1 and #3.

NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible throuh the
slotted hole in the SLIDE.
