• SHUT OFF POWER SUPPLY AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER!
• USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED BULBS. DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE!
CLEANING TIPS
Treat the xture gently! Regular cleaning will reduce the need for deep cleaning. For regular cleaning, turn off the light and wipe down the
xture with a clean lint-free cotton or microber cloth. Never spray cleaner directly onto the xture. For deep cleaning, turn off the light
and remove the glass prior to cleaning. Hand wash glass with warm water and mild detergent. Dry with a lint-free or microber cloth.

PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
Remove all of the contents from the carton. See the important notes
above.Removetheoldxturefromtheceiling,includingtheold
mountingstrap.
1.Takethemountingstrapassemblyfromthepartsbag.Mounting
strap(B)containsthreadedholes.Twoofmountingscrews(A)should
beattachedtomountingstrap(B).Youmayneedtotightennuts(C)
that hold these screws in place.
2.Placemountingstrap(B)overthejunctionboxsothatmounting
screws(A)arevertical,andinalignmentwiththeholelocationson
thexture’scanopy(F).Securemountingstrap(B)tothejunction
boxwithmountingscrews(D)andascrewdriver.Tightenthescrews
securely.
3.Placethexture’ssocketcluster(R)onaatsurface.Rod(N)ison
thexture’swires,butnotattachedtothebodyofthexture.Pass
thexture’swiresthroughrod(N)andpullthewiresuntiltaut.
4. Twist rod (N) into post (V) until secure. Attach rods (M) to the hooks
(O)onthexture’sbody.
5.Haveanassistantholdthecanopyabovethexture’sbody,then
attach rod (N) to canopy (F). Attach rods (M) to the hooks on canopy
(F).Pushthewiresthroughthecenterofcanopy(F).

CONNECTING THE WIRES
6.Haveanassistantsupportthexture’sweightwhilecompleting
thewiring.Refertothewiringdiagrambelowandattachthexture’s
wirestothepowersupplywiresfromthejunctionbox.ConnectHot
toHot,NeutraltoNeutral,andGroundtoGround.Twisttheends
ofthewirepairstogether,andthentwistonawireconnector.Make
surealltwistsareinthesamedirection.Ifthereisnohouseground
wirecomingfromthejunctionbox,locategroundscrew(E)onthe
mountingbracket/mountingstrapandwrapthexture’sground
wirearoundthegroundscrew.Useascrewdrivertotightenthetop
ofgroundscrew(E)ontothewiresandintothemountingbracket/
mountingstrap.Tuckthewiresintothejunctionbox.
FINISHING THE INSTALLATION
7.Raisecanopy(F)totheceiling.Positionmountingscrews(A)sothattheyprotrudethroughtheopeningsofcanopy(F).Securecanopy
(F) in place with decorative nuts (G).
8Slidecandlesleeves(Q)overthesockets.Installlightbulbs(notincluded)inaccordancewiththexture’sspecications.
9.Placeglassshade(S)ontobottomcap(T).Raiseglassshade(S)andbottomcap(T)upbeneathbottomassembly(R).Twistbottom
nial(U)ontothethreadsofbottomassembly(R).Tightensecurely.
Yourinstallationiscomplete.Turnonthepowerandtestthexture.

PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
Remove all of the contents from the carton. See the important notes above. Remove
theoldxturefromtheceiling,includingtheoldmountingstrap.
1.Takethemountingstrapassemblyfromthepartsbag.Mountingstrap(B)contains
threadedholes.Twoofmountingscrews(A)shouldbeattachedtomountingstrap
(B).Youmayneedtotightennuts(C)thatholdthesescrewsinplace.
2.Placemountingstrap(B)overthejunctionboxsothatmountingscrews(A)are
vertical,andinalignmentwiththeholelocationsonthexture’scanopy(D).Secure
mountingstrap(B)tothejunctionboxwithmountingscrews(D)andascrewdriver.
Tightenthescrewssecurely.
3.Placethexture’ssocketcluster(R)onaatsurface.Rod(N)isonthexture’s
wires,butnotattachedtothebodyofthexture.Passthexture’swiresthroughrod
(N) and pull the wires until taut. Twist rod (N) into post (V) until secure. Attach rods
(M)tothehooks(O)onthexture’sbody.
4.Bymeasuring,determinethecorrectnumberofchainlinksneededforproper
hangingheight.Ifnecessary,useapairofplierstoopenandremoveanyexcess
chain. Attach one chain connector (K) to each end of chain (J). Use one of chain
connectors (K) to attach chain (J) to top loop (L) and close the chain connector.
5.Haveanassistantattachrods(M)tothehooksonthexturebodythenattachthe
hooks of rods (M) to top loop (L). Hook the end of rod (N) onto top loop (L). Pull the
wiresthroughtoploop(L).Feedthexture’swiresupthroughthechain(everythree
linksorso),pullingthewiresuntiltaut.Slidecanopyloopcollar(H)andcanopy(G)
ontothechain/wires.Usethefreechainconnector(K)toattachchain(J)tocanopy
loop (H).
CONNECTING THE WIRES
6.Haveanassistantsupportthexture’sweightwhilecompletingthewiring.Refer
tothewiringdiagrambelowandattachthexture’swirestothepowersupply
wiresfromthejunctionbox.ConnectHottoHot,NeutraltoNeutral,andGroundto
Ground.Twisttheendsofthewirepairstogether,andthentwistonawireconnector.
Makesurealltwistsareinthesamedirection.Ifthereisnohousegroundwire
comingfromthejunctionbox,locategroundscrew(E)onthemountingbracket/
mountingstrapandwrapthexture’sgroundwirearoundthegroundscrew.Use
ascrewdrivertotightenthetopofgroundscrew(E)ontothewiresandintothe
mountingbracket/mountingstrap.Tuckthewiresintothejunctionbox.
FINISHING THE INSTALLATION
7.Raisecanopy(D)totheceiling.Slide canopy loop (H) and canopy loop collar (I)
upbeneaththecanopy.Tightlythreadcanopyloopcollar (I) onto canopy loop (H) to
secure canopy (D) in place.
8Slidecandlesleeves(Q)overthesockets.Installlightbulbs(notincluded)in
accordancewiththexture’sspecications.
9.Placeglassshade(S)ontobottomcap(T).Raiseglassshade(S)andbottomcap
(T)upbeneaththelightsource.Twistbottomnial(U)ontothethreadsatthebottom
ofthelightsource.Tightensecurely.
Yourinstallationiscomplete.Turnonthepowerandtestthexture.
