Stage 21: A wheel and tyre
Your parts:
21A. Outer wheel rim
21B. Inner wheel rim
21C. Tyre
DP. 2 x 3mm washer screws

3Secure the parts together with three DM screws.
2 Turn the assembly around and place the inner wheel rim (21 C)
into the tyre.
1 Start the wheel assembly by inserting the outer wheel rim 213B)
into the tyre (21A).

Stage 22: Fitting the wheel

3 Prepare the wheel assembled in the previous stage and insert
the valve (22B) into the hole in the outer wheel rim. 4Place the right front brake plate (22D) onto the right steering
knuckle, with the lever facing inwards.
5Fit one of the front wheels onto the right wheel hub (4H). Place a
washer (22C) into the centre of the wheel and secure both to the hub
with a CM screw. Take the wheel trim (22A) and fit it over the screw.
6 Repeat Steps 2–5 with the second brake plate, brake line, valve and
wheel on the left wheel hub.
2 Slide the end of one of the front brake lines (22F) onto the pin on
the lever.
1 Mount the handbrake actuating lever (22E) onto the indicated pin of
the brake plate (22D).

HM. 2 x 7mm screws
Stage 23: Left rear suspension

3Now place left rear suspension arm mount 2 (23C) on the end of
the longer arm of the suspension arm, as shown.
2Secure the mount to the arm with an HM screw from the outside.
1 Place left rear suspension arm mount 1 (23B) on the end of
the short arm of the left rear suspension arm (23A) as shown,
aligning the holes of both parts.
4Secure the mount to the arm with an HM screw from the inside.

Stage 24: Left rear suspension
Your parts:
24A. Joint
24B. Drive shaft
24C. Rear shock body
24D. Rear shock spring
24E. Washer
AM. 1.7 x 3mm screws
BM. 2 x 4mm screws
CP. 1.7 x 4mm screws

5Secure the mount to the chassis with a BM screw. 6Turn the chassis over and secure the other left rear suspension
mount to the chassis with a BM screw.
2 Fix the joint and drive shaft to the left rear suspension arm with an
AM screw.
1 Fit the drive shaft (24B) inside the joint (24A). Make sure you
position it correctly to match the angle shown in the inset. Secure
the parts together with a CP screw.
3 Slide the rear shock body (24C) into the hole in the rear
suspension arm. The shock body can only fit in one orientation.
Secure the parts together with a BM screw.
4Place the left rear suspension arm onto the underside of
the chassis, fitting mount 2 onto the middle section, and
the shock body and spring into the hole and surrounding
recess, as indicated. Insert the drive shaft into the side of the
transmission. Secure the shock body from the top of the chassis
with a washer (24E) and a BM screw.

Stage 25: The fuel tank
Your parts:
25A. Fuel tank
25B. Heater hose 1
25C. Heater hose 2
CP. 1.7 x 4mm screws

3 Fit the two parts of the heater tube (25B and 25C) together,
aligning the holes of both. 4Fix the parts together with three CP screws.
5Place the heater tube into place on the underside of the chassis,
as shown. 6Secure the heater tube from the top of the chassis with two CP
screws.
2 Turn the chassis over, holding the tank in position, and secure
with two CP screws.
1 Place the fuel tank (25A) onto the underside of the chassis
between the left rear suspension and the transmission.
