Instructions for use

Charging the battery

1. Connect the Magnetic charger contact (7) to the Magnetic USB charger (8)

2. Connect the other end of the Magnetic USB charger (8) to a PC USB port or USB mains charger

3. The Charging LED indicator (9) will be red whilst charging, and the LED will turn o when battery is full

Note: The rst charge may take up to 3 hours to complete.

Battery information

• A rechargeable battery powers your device. Unplug the charger from the electrical plug and the device

when not in use

• If left unused, a fully charged battery will lose its charge over time. We recommend a full charge twice

a month to ensure battery integrity

• Please do not leave the device in hot or cold places, such as in a closed car in summer or winter

conditions, as it will reduce the capacity and lifetime of the battery

• Do not dispose of batteries in a re as they may explode. Batteries may also explode if damaged

Pairing a wireless device

1. Hold the MFB (3) down for 3 seconds. You will see the LED indicator (2) rapidly ash blue and then

enter pairing mode

2. Turn on your iOS, Android, or Windows device’s Bluetooth ON and search for new devices

3. Select ‘KS Immerse Active’ from the list of found devices. If asked for a passcode, enter ‘0000’ or

‘1234’ and the earphones will then be connected to your device

4. After pairing successfully, the LED indicator (2) will slowly ash blue; you can then answer the phone

or listen to your music

5. The next time you switch the earphones on, they will automatically search for and attempt to connect

to the last paired device

Re-pairing or pairing new devices

1. Make sure you have turned o the wireless connectivity on any previously paired devices

2. Follow the ‘Pairing a wireless device’ instructions from step 1

Functionality

Power on Hold the MFB (3) down for 2 seconds

Power o Hold the MFB (3) down for 4 seconds

To answer a call Press the MFB (3) and immediately release

To end call Press the MFB (3) and immediately release

To reject a call Press and hold the MFB (3) for 2 seconds and then release

Voice control When connected with no music playing, press and hold the MFB (3)

(not supported by all devices)

Volume+ Press and hold the Volume+/Next track (5) to increase volume

Volume– Press and hold the Volume–/Previous track (1) to decrease volume

Previous track Press and immediately release the Volume–/Previous track (1) twice

Next track Press and immediately release the Volume+/Next track (5) twice

Play/Pause Press the MFB (3) down and immediately release

Care for your Immerse Active

Please DON’T:

• Get the Immerse Active wet

• Drop the Immerse Active as this will invalidate your warranty

• Open up the Immerse Active. There are no user serviceable parts inside

• Expose the Immerse Active to extreme temperatures or rapid changes of hot to cold or vice versa

• Charge the Immerse Active if the headset/remote has got wet

Please DO:

• Clean the Immerse Active with a soft dry cloth and no detergents

Using Active Noise Cancelling

Push the ANC switch (4) to activate, and the LED indicator (2) will turn white.

Warning: We do not recommend that this product is used driving or walking as it will

prevent you from hearing warnings that could be a danger to you or others.

Note: Active Noise Cancelling will not work when battery has drained.

Troubleshooting

• If you cannot connect the earphones to your device, please try the following:

– Ensure that the earphones are charged, switched on, paired with and connected to your device.

– Check the earphones are within 10 metres (30 feet) of your device and that there are no obstructions

(such as walls or other electronic devices) between the earphones and the device.

– The earphones can only pair to one device at a time, so please ensure there are no conicting

wireless devices trying to connect to the earphones

• If the earphones will not switch o, you can reset them back to normal by putting them on charge

• If you receive an intermittent signal, please ensure the earphones are fully charged before continuing use

• If you do not use the earphones for longer than 3 minutes whilst not connected to a device, they will

automatically power o to conserve power
