How to Replace Tilt Assembly for Zeph

Step 2:
Detach the cylinder assembly.
Step 1:
Using a mallet hit both side of the chair and pull o the cylinder assembly
from the tilt assembly.

Mallet Flat Screw Driver
Power Driver 5mm Hex Bit T-30 Bit

Step 3:
Using the flat screwdriver release snaps in the below location shown.
Step 4:
Detach the fender.
Step 5:
Open one end of the upholstery clip. Then release other end to detach from
the tilt assembly.
Step 6:
Using Trox bit remove all six 1/4-20 pan head screws using 5mm Hex bit and
M6 X 25 flat head screw using T-30 bit to detach the tilt assembly.

Step 8:
Replace the new tilt assembly and x it to the chair.
Step 9:
Tighten all six 1/4-20 pan head screws using 5mm Hex bit and M6 X 25 flat
head screw using T-30 bit to attach the tilt assembly.
Step 7:
Rotate the tilt assembly upward and move it out to detach from the chair.
Step 10:
Fix the upholstery clip to the tilt slot.

Step 11:
Attach the fender.
Step 12:
Place the back/seat assembly onto the cylinder. Sit in chair to engage tapers
(cylinder/tilt and cylinder/base).
