Replacement Guide Average Time Required: 15 minutes
1. Remove the Components From the Original Mailing System
Remove the weighing
platform (d) from the mailing
system base.

When opening the cover, the ink cartridge (i)
moves to the replacement position. Press down
on the back of the ink cartridge to disengage it.
Lift out the ink cartridge.

2. Unpack your Replacement
Remove the replacement unit from the box and place the original
unit back into the box ready for return.

Remove the LAN cable (f), weighing platform cable (e) and power
cable (g).

Plug in the LAN cable
(f)
, the weighing platform cable
(e)
and the
power cable
(g).

Swap base
This process allows you to
install your new base.
Once the mailing system is powered on, follow the
steps on screen to complete the swap process.

Turn on the power to the mailing
system by pressing the power switch.
Turn o the mailing system by
pressing the power switch.
7. Switch on the Mailing System Congratulations
Your mailing system
is ready to use!

Open the meter cover, pull the
meter (h) forward and remove it.

Mailing System Components:
LAN cable power cable meter ink cartridge
weighing platform
Lift the cover of the mailing system
base to reveal the meter (h) and ink
cartridge (i) bays.
Insert ink cartridge (i) into the ink bay with the ‘TOP’ sticker facing upwards.
Push the ink cartridge (i) towards the back of the mailing system base until
you hear a ‘click’ - close the cover.
Open the meter cover. Place the meter (h) into the meter bay and slide
in until it fits securely into position. Close the meter cover.
Lift the cover of the mailing system base
to reveal the meter (h) and ink cartridge
(i) bays.
Install the weighing platform (d) on the
mailing system.
5. Install the Weighing
