1. Remove the Components From your Original Mailing System

When opening the cover, the ink cartridge
(i) moves to the replacement position.
Press down on the back of the ink cartridge
to disengage it. Lift out the ink cartridge.

Remove the LAN cable (f), weighing platform cable (e) and power
cable (g).

Open the latch, pull forward the
meter (h) and remove it.

Components:
Lift the cover of the mailing
system to reveal the meter (h)
and ink cartridge (i) bays.
Remove the weighing platform (d) and
shelf (j) from the mailing system.

Turn o the mailing system by
pressing the power switch.

Remove the feeding table (b) and catch tray (c) from the mailing system base (a).

2. Unpack your Replacement
Remove the replacement unit from the box and place the original
unit back into the box ready for return.

6. Connect your Cables
Plug in the LAN cable
(f)
, weighing platform cable
(e)
, and power
cable
(g).

Swap base
This process allows you to
install your new base.
Once the mailing system is powered on, follow
the steps on screen to complete the replacement
process.
7. Switch on the Mailing System
Turn on the mailing system base by
pressing the power switch.

3. Insert the Meter 4. Install the Cartridge
Insert ink cartridge (i) into the mailing system with the ‘TOP’ sticker facing
upwards. Push the ink cartridge (i) towards the back of the mailing system
base until you hear a ‘click’ - close the cover.
Place the meter (h) into the meter bay and slide in until it fits securely
into position.

Install the weighing platform (d) and
shelf (j) on the mailing system.

Install the feeding table (b) and catch tray (c) on the mailing system base (a).
