Insert the three pins
of disc brake 1 (66A)
into the corresponding
holes in disc brake 2
(66B) and press the
two parts together.
STEP 66-3
Insert the smooth end of the pin (66G)
into one of the side holes in the drive
shaft (66E). Push the pin through the
joint and back into the shaft, securing
the parts together.
STEP 66-2
Place the end of the drive shaft
(66E) over the end of the drive
shaft joint (66F). Align the
corresponding holes.

Place the disc brake assembly onto
the wheel hub (66C), as shown.

Insert the drive shaft joint
(66F) into its the hole in the
centre of the wheel hub.

Place the brake caliper (66D)
onto the wheel hub, it can only
t in one orientation. Secure
the caliper with an FD08 screw
in the left hole.

Take the wheel from
Stage 65 and place the
wheel hub assembly
onto the post on the
inside of the wheel. A
notch in the brake disk
aligns with the post in
the centre of the wheel.

Turn the wheel over and secure
the wheel hub with an FD02
screw. Retrieve the wing nut
from Stage 65 and press-t it
over the screw, as shown

previous stage, and place the wheel
hub assembly onto the post on the
inside of the wheel. A notch in the
brake disk aligns with the post in
the centre of the wheel.

Place the brake caliper (70D)
onto the wheel hub, it can only
t in one orientation. Secure
the caliper with an FD08 screw
in the right hole.
