ZPE SMK-U01 Smoke Detector is a USB-powered smoke detector compatible with Nodegrid devices. It can detect smoke in the local environment and send notifications when the detector is triggered, enabling remote power-off. Once everything is connected, mount to rack then plug the USB Adapter
to ANY available live USB port to supply power to the Smoke Detector.

Let’s set up your Smoke Detector
Make sure that the GPIO and Relay Modules are on hand and set up properly to a Nodegrid device before connecting the pieces as shown.
Refer to the GPIO and Relay Module Quick Install Guides for details.
