Rinse Aid Injection in UC, UW & HT
Model
Undercounter LS5-6E / WT4-30E, Utensils Washer LU7 / WTU40, Hood Type
LS9-10EA-14EA / WT55-65 with atmospheric boiler and peristaltic rinse aid
dispenser.
Undercounter LS6E / WT30E and Hood Type LS14EA / WT65E with Water Softener built-in are not involved in this
change since they have rinse aid injection to the water softener assembly instead of directly to the boiler.
Problem
Water / rinse aid leakage from connection between rinse aid hose and boiler.
Reason
The rinse aid hose (in PE-HD) is cracked.
Action in
Factory
Since serial number 53800001 we have introduced a silicon hose between the
rinse aid hose and the boiler injection and since serial number 61600001 we
have introduced the reticular MDPE hose 0L1163 instead of PE-HD hose
049905 and the silicon hose (no spare part code).
Both silicon hose and MDPE hose are more reliable in case of combination of
mechanical, thermal and chemical stresses.
