GENERAL AND ELECTRICAL SAFETY
WARNING-- To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or serious
personal injury:
Do not use this appliance for any use other than its intended purpose
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

To disconnect the product from an electrical outlet, pull directly on the plug;
do not pull on the Power Cord.
Do not put any stress on the Power Cord where it connects to the product, as
the Power Cord could fray and break.
If using an extension cord with this product, the marked electrical rating of
the cord set must be at least as great as the electrical rating of the product.
Keep the Power Cord and product away from heated surfaces, including
stovetops.
Do not place the Base, Power Cord, or Plug of this product in water or other
liquids.
Avoid contacting moving parts.
WARNING: Potential injury from misuse, care should be taken when handling the
sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutter-assembly blades on base
without jar properly attached.
Do not plug/unplug the product into/from the electrical outlet with a wet
hand.
Always inspect your appliance before use. Check parts are correctly attached.
Do not use this appliance if it has been damaged, dropped, left outdoors or
dropped in water. Return it to an authorised service dealer for examination
and repair. Only qualified service personnel should perform any servicing.
This appliance is double insulated for your protection. Do not attempt to
repair a double insulated appliance.

This product is intended solely for indoor, non-commercial, non-industrial
use in processing non-heated liquids and foods for human consumption; do

Do not exceed the quantities and processing times indicated in the
instruction manual.
Do not blend or process hot liquids, as hot food may be ejected causing burns
or injury.
Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the blender as it can be ejected out of
the appliance due to a sudden steaming.
CAUTION: This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an
external timer or separate remote-control system.
Do not store any materials (for example, paper, cardboard, or plastic) in this
product when not in use.

Always operate the product with the Blade Assembly/Cup in place.
Blades are sharp; handle carefully.
The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the
manufacturer can cause electric shock or injury.
Do not attempt to place the Bowl/Jug on the Base or remove the Bowl/Jug
from the Base while the motor is running.
Always operate the product on a flat, level, stable surface.
Do not allow the Power Cord to hang, such as over the edge of a table or
counter, where it may be tripped over or pulled.
Do not operate blender for more than 1 Minutes continuously, allow the motor to
rest for 1 minute before continuing as this could damage the motor.
Do not operate Processor for more than 1 Minute continuously; allow the motor
to rest for 1 minute before continuing as this could damage the motor.
The motor has a thermal circuit breaker that will shut off the electric motor if it
overheats. If the motor shuts off on its own, immediately unplug the Power Cord
and let the motor cool down for at least an hour. When the power cord is
unplugged and the product cools, it will reset and be ready to use again.

Before First Use
1. Remove all packaging materials.
2. Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance. (Except the rating label!)
3. Thoroughly clean the bowl, jug and attachments hot water, some washing-up
liquid and a non-abrasive sponge.
INSTRUCTIONS
Food Processor (parts 3 to 20)
1. Position the motor base (2) on dry, flat surface.
2. Position the processing bowl (3) onto the motor base; turn clockwise to make
it lock in.
3. Place drive shaft (4) onto the rotor inside the bowl, position it vertically.
4. Select the blade you want. For example, when using the chopping blade (13)
or dough blade (12) , just seat it in driving shaft (4); When using slicing,
shredding or French fry cutting blades, place it on blade adapter disc (5) first,
then seat it on drive shaft (4).
5. Attention: only one blade can be used at a time.
6. Place the food into the processing bowl (3) and then close the bowl cover (6)
when using chopping blade (13) or dough blade (12).
7. When using slicing, shredding or French fry cutting blades, make sure to lock
the bowl cover (6) first, then ingredients should be fed through feed chute
after the appliance is ready.
8. Lock the bowl cover (6) and make sure the push button switch (7) is securely
shut. The bowl cover and feed chute cover must be correctly fitted and closed
to trigger the safety switch and allow the appliance to operate.
9. Attention: the switch should in the “0”speed setting; connect the plug to a
suitable 220-240V~50-60Hz socket. Use the pulse function to confirm
whether the machine is assembled well. If there is anything abnormal, unplug
the appliance and re-assemble it as above.

Maximum processing time is 30sec to 1 minute, Do not exceed the below volumes at
one time.

Dough blade (12)
Maximum processing time is 20sec to 30sec. Do not exceed the below volumes at one
time.

Warning: The ratio of flour to water referred to as dough is 1:0.6, this means 100g
flour to 60g water; the Maximum processing time for this ratio is 30sec. depending on
the ratio of dough you are mixing the time may have to be shortened accordingly.
Disc for shredding, slicing and French fry cutting (15-19)
Maximum processing time is 1 minute.
Choose the blade disc according to ingredients and the shape that you require. Place
the blade you select into the plastic disc holder (5), then seat it on the drive shaft (4),
close the processing bowl cover and lock the feed chute cover (6) on the lid.
You can start to process the food when the machine is functioning once assembled. If
the food shapes are small, place the big pusher (9) onto the feed chute cover and use
the small pusher (10) to press the food down. If the food shapes are large; such as
potatoes, please open the feed chute cover, put the food in, close the cover and then
use the big pusher(9) with small pusher (10) locked on it for operation.
Note: the small food pusher can be locked and unlocked from the big pusher by
turning it clockwise and anti-clockwise.
NOTE: when pressing food with the food pusher it is better to do so in a smooth
gentle motion. It is better to chop large ingredients into smaller ones to fit the feed
chute size.
Lower speed is recommended while slicing soft ingredients to prevent them from
turning into a paste.
Blender Jar (2123)
Maximum processing time is 1 minute.
1. Position the motor base (2) on dry, flat surface.
2. Fit the blender jug (21, 23) on the blade base, turn clockwise firmly to
connect.
3. Ensure the motor base is on “0” speed and Position Blender assembly onto
the motor base; turn clockwise to make it lock in.
4. Plug in and use pulse 2-3 times to ensure the blade base is correctly installed.
5. Prepare the ingredients and place them in the blender jug (21), close the
blender cover. The maximum capacity is 1500ml.

6. Then choose”1”or”2”speed for processing. During the operation, you can take
out the filling cap on blender cover (18) and add water or any other
ingredients you want through the filling hole.
Mini Chopper (23-24)
Step 1

1. Position the motor base (2) on dry, flat surface.
2. Turn anticlockwise and separate the blade base (23) and cup (24). (as per
Step 1)
3. Put the dry ingredients like coffee beans into the cup (24) (as per step 2); Do
Not exceed half a cup.
4. Hold the cup and place the blade base on the top and turn clockwise (as per
step 3)
5. Place the mini chopper on the motor base and turn clockwise to lock in. (as
per step 4)
Attention: Do not put too much ingredients in the cup, Do Not exceed half of cup,
and make sure the blade base is fixed firmly, otherwise the ingredient may spill over
during working.
6. Plug in and use pulse 2-3 times to ensure the blade base is correctly installed.
7. Then choose ”1”or”2”speed for chopping. Do not exceed 30s continuous use,
then stop for 1 min for motor to cool down. You can choose the cycle times
according to your requirements.
8. Turn off the appliance and turn anticlockwise to separate the mini chopper,
and then invert the mini chopper to make the blade base (22) upward, turn
anticlockwise to separate the blade base (22) and cup (23), and pour out the
ingredients into a container.

CLEANING and MAINTENANCE
This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user-serviceable parts. Any
servicing requiring disassembly other than cleaning must be performed by a qualified
appliance repair technician.
Before Cleaning
When not in use or before cleaning, always disconnect the appliance from the
mains supply.
Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other fluid, not rinse it under the
tap. Use only a moist cloth to clean the motor unit.
Care should be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl
and during cleaning.
Care and Cleaning
Whenever possible, rinse parts immediately after processing to make clean-up
easier.
Always handle blades using the blade collar.
CAUTION: Use extreme care when handling blades. Do not touch the blades with
your fingers. The blades are very sharp and can cause injury if touched.
If necessary, use any small nylon bristle brush (Not included) to remove processed
food from the blade and the blade area.
If some leftover particles dry onto the inside of the cup, fill the cup about full
with warm soapy water and attach the Milling Blade Assembly. Place the cup and
Blade assembly onto the Power Base and press the Power Button. Let Blade spin
for about 20-30 seconds to help loosen the stuck ingredients.
After use wash all lids in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
The motor base may be wiped with a damp cloth or sponge. Dry thoroughly.
Regularly clean the outside of the appliance with a soft damp cloth and dry it with
a dry towel. Do not immerse in water.
Processing blades, processing cups and lids are all top-rack dishwasher safe.
NOTICE: Never use rough scouring pads or abrasive cleansers on any plastic or metal
parts as the surface may be damaged.
NOTICE: After dishwashing, always check to make sure the gasket seal in the base of
the blade collar is properly in place, as the heat from some dishwashers may cause
them to become loose.
Store in a Safe Place
When not in use store your appliance and all its accessories and instruction manual in
a safe and dry place.
