instruction manual carefully: it will familiarise

you with this product.

You will also be given hints about the care

and service of your pedal exerciser. Please

remember that observance of our hints would

keep your pedal exerciser in an excellent

condition of preservation and it will function

perfectly even after years of use.

3. Check after delivery

Unpack your product and verify if the delivery

is complete. Following items should be

included:

 pedal exerciser frame with 2 pedals

 manual

Verify your product for transport damage. If

you find any damages after delivery proceed

as follows:

 contact the transporter

 have a list made of any problems

 contact your supplier

4. Intended use

The pedal exerciser shall be used by 1

person.

The pedal exerciser shall be used indoor.

The construction of the pedal exerciser allows

full use by elderly people or during

revalidation in home environment.

The pedal exerciser can increase the flexibility

by exercising the range of motion of the joints

of the lower body (exercise of the legs).

The pedal exerciser shall not be used as toy

for children.

The pedal exerciser should only be used on

horizontal, dry and non smooth surfaces.

The manufacturer is not liable for damage

caused by the lack of or improper service or

as a result of not following instructions from

this manual.

5. Assembly/Dismantling

L CAUTION: Chance of pinching - Do

not place fingers between the

components of the pedal exerciser.

L CAUTION: Risk of clamping - Keep

fingers, cloths, jewelry or items away

from moving parts of the pedal

exerciser.

 Mount the adjustable knob on the pedal

exerciser.

pedal exerciser

6. Exercises of the legs

L CAUTION: Risk of injury - Sit always in

a chair when performing the leg

exercise. Do not stand on the pedal

exercise.

L CAUTION: Risk of injury - Make sure

the chair does not move or rotate. If

the chair have wheels, be sure the

brakes are engaged.

L CAUTION: Risk of injury - Be sure you

wear good shoes that not slip off

the pedals. (Rubber soled shoes)

L CAUTION: Risk of burns – Do

not take the pedal exerciser to the

pedals tube after training, this could

be warm caused of the friction of

moving parts.

 Place pedal exerciser on a

horizontal, non smooth surface

directly in front of the chair.

 Sit comfortable in a non movable

chair.

 Place your feet in the pedals.

 Now you can pedal with the

pedal exerciser.

7. Resistance adjustment

Turn on the adjustable knob to adjust the

resistance of pedaling.

Turn clockwise:

Resistance increase --

heavier pedaling.

Turn counterclockwise:

Resistance decrease -

- looser pedaling.

8. Safety instructions

 Consult your specialist (doctor) before

using he pedal exerciser.

 Stop the exercises and consult your

specialist immediately if you feel

dizziness, severe muscle/joint pain or

chest pain.

 Warm-up and stretch about 5 minutes

before beginning your exercises.

 Exercises shall be in a controlled manner

and begin slowly.

 Do not exhaust you.

 Do not exceed the chargeable weight.

The chargeable weight for your pedal

exerciser is 50 kg (110.23 lbs).

 Use the pedal exerciser on horizontal,

dry, non-smooth and indoor surfaces.

 Keep a minimum safety area clearance

of 1 meter of the pedal exerciser. Be sure

these area remains clear during use of

the pedal exerciser.

 Keep it away from children. The pedal

exerciser shall not be used as a toy.

 When it is used by, on or near children,

invalids or disabled persons close

supervision is necessary.

 Risk of burns – Be careful when using in

hot or cold environments (sunshine,

extreme cold, saunas, etc.) for a

sufficient amount of time and when

touching.

 Do not place fingers between

components of the pedal exerciser.

 Keep fingers, cloths, jewelry or items

away from moving parts of the pedal

exerciser.

 Wear comfortable and suitable clothing

when using the pedal exerciser.

 Be sure you wear good shoes that not

slip off the pedals.

 Make sure the chair where you sits in

does not move or rotate.

 Do not stand on the pedal exerciser.

 Do not use the pedal exerciser when it is

not working properly.

 Take note of the instructions for care and

service. The manufacturer is not liable for

damage caused by improper

servicing/care.
