WARNING-RISK OF INJURY: Always use the food
holder/finger protector when preparing pieces of food.
Always place your fingers and thumb in the holder as
indicated on the food holder. Never use the mandoline
slicer without the food holder. !

Prior to first use:!
1. Carefully remove the protective film from the attachments.!
2. Thoroughly wash and dry all parts in warm, soapy water. !
!* All parts of the slicer are dishwasher safe* !

Slicing & Grating!
Slide the desired attachment
into the wide, upper
compartment of the slicer. The
other attachments can be
stored in the lower
compartments while not in use.
When storing the julienne
attachment, it must be inserted
with the blades facing
downward.!

Cutting Julienne Strips!
Insert the julienne attachment
into the slicer with the blades
facing upwards.!
Insert the slicing attachment
of your choice into the wide
upper compartment with the
blade facing upwards.!

Large pieces of food that do not
fit in the opening of the food
holder/finger protector can be
placed directly on the slicer.
Always use the food holder
and never place your hand
underneath.!
Use!
Push the food holder/finger
protector onto the food item to be
cut.!

Ensure your fingers are in the
holder/finger protector as shown in
Figure 1 and Figure 2. !

Ensure Food Holder is positioned
with the white arrows parallel to
the slicer. See Figure 1.!

Place the food holder/finger
protector onto the slicer as shown.
Slightly press the food holder/
finger protector with the food item
down, at the same time sliding the
food item back and forth over the
slicer. The “spikes” underneath will
hold the food item while it is being
sliced. Never place your hand
underneath the food holder.!
