If you require technical support or in the unlikely event that your
purchase is faulty please telephone our Helpline for immediate
assistance. Faulty product claims made within the 2 year warranty
period will be repaired, replaced or refunded provided that you have
satisfactory proof of purchase (keep your receipt safe!). This does not
affect your statutory rights. However, be aware that the warranty will
become null and void if the product is found
to have been deliberately damaged, misused or disassembled.

• Before first use, wash with warm water or in top rack of the dishwasher.!
• Remove top and bottom lids before washing produce.!
• Attach bottom lid when the washing of produce is complete. !
• If needed, add approximately ¼ cup of water before storing produce in
the refrigerator. Please consult freshness guide below for reference. Do
not overfill water reservoir.!
• Turn adjustable vent to OPEN or CLOSE to provide the ideal
environment for storing produce in the refrigerator. Please consult the
freshness guide below for reference. !

Your Produce Keeper is warranted to be free of defects in
material and workmanship, under normal household use,
for a period of two (2) years. If your Produce Keeper should
prove to be defective within this period of time, we will
repair, replace, or provide a refund our discretion.!

misuse or abuse, including but not limited to overheating,
scratches, discoloration, stains or any other damage that
