Instrucons

1. Secure food into the pins of the food holder.

2. Place the madoline on a at surface.

3. Insert blade and press to lock.

4. Use the rear knob to adjust desired thickness.

5. Use the front knob to select 6mm or 9mm julienne blades.

Note: Adjust the thickness to 0mm when using coarse / ne shredders.

6. Li blade or push out from below to remove.

7. Folding in the mandoline stand allows the slicer to be used on top of

containers by aligning the notches underneath.

Cleaning

1. The mandoline and blades can be washed in the dishwasher.

Note: Do not wash blade box in dishwasher.

2. Open the julienne blade cover and clean with a brush. Press to the

close the cover.
