Fill engine with oil to upper limit of dipstick. Check
oil level by inserting (and not threading) dipstick into
ller neck.

Pull starter rope with quick, full arm stroke.
If engine does not start after ten seconds of repeated
pulls, wait a few minutes and repeat steps 8 through 9.
