(A) Remove
retainer clip
from chute
deector and
discard clip.
(B) Lift
handle to
extended
position.
(C) Tighten
star knobs.

Tools Required for Assembly: A set
of adjustable wrenches or individual
wrenches of the following sizes:
9/16-inch and 3/4-inch
Secure rear wheels to deck as shown. The bell
washer should be installed with the crown side facing
the wheel. Secure front wheels in same manner.
(A) Hold blade
control handle
against upper
handle.
(B)(C) Slowly
pull starter rope
from engine and
slip starter rope
into rope guide.
(D) Tighten rope
guide wing knob.
Use cable
tie to secure
cable to lower
handle.

oil bottle supplied.

Depress blade control handle and hold.
Pull starter rope with quick, full arm stroke. If engine
does not start after ve pulls, repeat steps 7 through 9.
