1. Remove all paRts fRom the box
Remove all the packaging material so the bike is ready for as-
sembly on the shipping crate platform. This machine is de-
signed to be self-powered. An AC adaptor is not included
with the base. Some congurations may require external
power. An AC adaptor will be included with those congura-
tion components. Reference document #637-8485 for cong-
uration information.
3. Rout Cables thRough mast
Install the Mast onto the frame routing the wires up and
out through the top of the Mast.
Using four (4) pieces each of M8x16mm screws and
M8 washers, secure the Mast to the frame.
2. Install the seat post
Insert Seat Post into frame then secure Seat Post
Sleeve into frame using two (2) M4x20mm screws.
Thread one (1) M6x10mm screw into back of frame to
retain the Seat Post into the frame.
4. Install DIsplay ReaR housIng
Fasten the back half of the console assembly to the
Mast using the screws supplied with the console.
5. ConneCt Cables to Console boaRD
Connect the appropriate wires coming out of the mast
to the correct locations, please reference the console
wiring guide (CSB #620-8424)
6. seCuRe DIsplay
Secure the front half of the console assembly to the
back half using the screws supplied with the console
taking care not to pinch any wires and ensuring that the
rubber console grommet has a good seal.
