NNoottee:: Since this air chute covers open areas on the sides of the evaporator they will need to be
covered to prevent short cycling and discharge air passing over the return air sensors.
These open areas located on the curbside and roadside of the evaporator must be blocked
off, ideally with small pieces of adhesive backed foam. This foam is not include but can be
purchased from Thermo King.

• Roadside — Cut foam to size, make a slit for harness and press foam firmly around opening
to seal it.
• Curbside — Cut foam to size and press foam firmly around opening to seal it.
