KEY FUNCTIONS:
MODE: This key lets you select, and lock onto, a particular function.
UP (SET) / DOWN: Use to move between TIME / DISTANCE / CALORIES, and to set values
CLEAR (RESET): Use to reset the value to zero.
USING THE COMPUTER:
Power On • Start pedalling or push any button.
Power Off • Automatic shut off after 4 minutes of inactivity.
Reset • The unit can be reset by either changing batteries or pressing the MODE key for 3 seconds.
Mode Button • You can choose SCAN or LOCK.
• Press the MODE key to SCAN the functions. When the pointer is on the function you want (the function will
be flashing), press MODE to lock onto the function.
FUNCTIONS DESCRIPTION
SCAN • Automatically displays each function for 4 seconds in the following sequence.
TIME – SPEED – DISTANCE – CALORIES – PULSE
• To activate, press and release MODE button until SCAN appears on the display.
TIME • Displays the time from 00.00 to 99.59 minutes.
• Press the MODE key until pointer locks onto TIME. The total working time will be shown when you start
exercising.
SPEED • Displays the current speed from 0 to 99.9km per hour.
• Press the MODE key until the pointer locks onto SPEED. The current speed will be shown.
DISTANCE • Displays the distance from 0 to 999.9km.
• Press the MODE key until the pointer locks onto DISTANCE. The distance of each workout will be displayed.
CALORIES • Displays the calories consumed from 0 to 999.9kcal.
• Press the MODE key until the pointer locks onto CALORIE. The calories burned will be displayed when you
start exercising
• The calories readout is an estimate for an average user. It should only be used as a comparison between
workouts on this unit.
PULSE • Displays your heart rate in beats per minute from 40 – 240 beats per minute.
• Press the MODE key until the pointer locks onto PULSE .User’s current heart rate will be displayed in beats
per minute. Place the palms of your hands on both of the contact pads (or put ear-clip to ear), and wait for
30 seconds for the most accurate reading.
