single-clickingonit.Thenpressthegreenphonetosendthecall.

recordamessageandthenplayingitbacktoyou.Onyourscreen,youshouldsee
atabfortheSkypeTestCall.

Skype,allowingthemtoworktogethersoyoucanmakeInternetcallswiththe
convenienceofyourphone.
InstallingtheSoftware
Beforeinstalling,pleasebesurethatSkypeisrunningandyouaresignedin.Youshould
seethegreenSkypeiconinyoursystemtray.
IfyoudonotknowhowtosetupSkypeandsignin,pleaserefertoChapter2.

Skypeisrunning.Ifnot,loginandruntheprogram.IfyouareloggedintoSkype

HowdoIconnectmyphone?
OnceyouhaveSkypeandSkyMagicupandrunning,youcanhookyourphoneupto
yourcomputer.Thephone’scordisdesignedtoplugintoanopenUSBport.Connecting
yourphonewilltakeonlyamatterofseconds.
1. Takethecordofthephoneandmakesureitisorientedcorrectlytoplugintoan
openUSBportonyourcomputer.Thencarefullyinsertitintotheport.
2. Youwillseeballoonsappearnearyoursystemtrayindicatingthatyourcomputer
hasdetectedthephoneandinstalledthedrivers.Thisisnormal.Ifyouhaveused
aNexoTekphonebefore,theballoonsmightnotappearbecausethenecessary
driversarealreadyinstalled.
3. WaituntilaballoonappearsthatsaysYournewhardwareis
installedandreadytouse.
4. YouwillseetheSkyMagiciconbecomeagreenphoneagainstalightgreen
