REPLACEMENT KIT OJ-DRHX,
ROTOR DRIVE UNIT FOR EQRB
INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT!
The controller is configured at delivery. The necessary settings are made for the delivered controller/
motor combination and the rotation speed is set to 20 rpm when the control signal is over 9.5 V. The
settings are based on the ordering code.

INSTALLATION OF UNIT TYPE CC = 01, 10, 11, 30, 31
1. The motor is delivered mounted on an L-shaped bracket (A).
Remove the L-shaped bracket from the motor and attach the motor
to the delivered bracket (B). If f = 1 or 8, use the existing screws. If
f = 2 or 4, replace the existing screws with the delivered screws in
stainless steel.
2. Replace existing screws with the delivered screws M6x25 (C) and
use the delivered nuts (D) to assemble the bracket on the rotor wall.
Nuts are used as spacers (E) between the bracket and the rotor
wall.
3. Lock the pulley (F) to the motor shaft with the stop screw.

Use the delivered self-drilling screws to attach the controller to the
existing bracket.
cc = 01, 30–31
Use the delivered self-drilling screws to attach the delivered bracket to
the rotor. Then use the same type of screws to attach the controller to
the bracket.

4. Make sure that the stop screw locks in the groove of the motor
shaft.
5. Make sure that there is a distance (G) of 2 mm between the pulley
and the rotor wall.
6. Replace the belt with the delivered replacement belt.
7. Connect the ends of the replacement belt with the delivered splice
pin.
8. Attach the controller according to the instructions below for the
different unit types.
9. Connect the motor cable. Refer to page 4.

INSTALLATION OF UNIT TYPE CC = 20–23, 40–43
1. Lock the pulley (A) to the motor shaft with the stop screw.
2. Make sure that the stop screw locks in the groove of the motor
shaft.
3. The motor (B) is delivered mounted on an L-shaped bracket. If f = 1
or 8, attach the motor with the L-shaped bracket and the existing
screws.
7. Replace the belt (D) with the delivered replacement belt.
8. Connect the ends of the replacement belt with the delivered splice
pin.
9. Use delivered self-drilling screws to attach the controller (E) to the
existing bracket.

4. If f = 2 or 4, remove the L-shaped bracket from the motor and attach
the motor to the delivered bracket. Replace the existing screws with
the delivered screws in stainless steel.
5. Install a cable anchor (C) with a screw.
6. Attach the motor cable to the cable anchor with a cable tie.

10. Install the motor with the bracket into the rotor (F).
11. Connect the motor cable. Refer to page 4.

TO CONNECT THE MOTOR CABLE BETWEEN THE MOTOR AND THE CONTROLLER
CAUTION!
Make sure that the motor cable is cut to the correct length before you
connect it. There must not be any surplus cable and the cable must not
be rolled up.
1. Cut the motor cable to the correct length.
2. Put the delivered yellow and green shrink tube (A) on the cut PE
wire (B). The PE wire is yellow.
3. Put the delivered end sleeves (C) on the wires of the motor cable.

4. Connect the wires of the motor cable to the controller as shown in
the table below.
5. Connect the quick connector (D) to the motor.
