Stage 96:

Port wing pylons

Your parts

1. Р251 - Port wing under panel

2. Р252 - Fairing

3. D103 - Plug (3 pcs.)

4. D106 - Plug (3 pcs.)

Assembly

1 For this stage you will need the parts from

this stage and Stage 95. Install the fairing

(P252) to the port wing under panel (P251),

as shown.

2 Install plugs (D103) and (D106) on pylons (D100), as shown.

Fix them in place with OM screws.

3 Then install the

pylons (D100) on

the port wing under

panel (P251) in the

postition shown.

4 Fix the pylons from

inside of the panel

with MM screws.

5 Secure the fronts of

the pylons with three

more CM screws.

Stage 97:

Port wing aileron

1. Р253 - Aileron lower half

2. P254 - Aileron upper half

3. D107 - Jack

4. D108 - Hinge

Assembly

1 Prepare the parts from Stage 96. Connect

the aileron lower (P253) and upper (P254)

halves and secure them with two LP screws.

Then ﬁx the hinge (D108) to the aileron with

two LP screws.

2 Then mount the assembled aileron onto the left

wing assembly.

3 Install the port wing

under panel onto

the wing assembly.

For ease of

installation, you may

want to ﬁrst remove

the fairing to pass

the hydraulic jack

through the aileron.

4 Secure the panel to

the wing with nine

NM screws.

5 Secure the end of the

jack to the hinge with

a QM screw.

Stage 98:

Port wing ﬂap

Your parts

1. Р255 - Lower ﬂap half

2. Р256 - Upper ﬂap half

3. D109 - Shaft housing

4. D110 - Shaft housing

1 For this stage you will need the

parts supplied with stage and

Stages 97 and 88. Secure the

two halves of the ﬂap together

with two LP screws.

2 Then install shaft housing (D109) to the underside of the wing with two

LP screws.

3 Install the

assembled ﬂap

into the housing.

4 Then ﬁt shaft

housing (D110)

onto the shaft

of the ﬂap and

secure to the

wing with two

LP screws.

5 Connect the

electrical wiring

from the wing to

the main fuselage.

6 Then carefully

place the wires

in the fuselage.

7 Carefully connect

the wing to the

fuselage, as shown.

8 Then ﬁx the

wing to the

fuselage

with three

RM screws.

1 Insert the hydraulic jack

(P257) into the hinge

(D112). Secure with an

MM screw.
