Assembly

1 Prepare the port wing assembly from the previous stage. Install rib (P235) over the spars in the next available slots

in the frame.

3 Install rib (P237) in the next slot along in the port wing frame.

Assembly

1 Prepare the port wing frame. Fit the rib (P238) into

the next available slots in the port wing frame. 2 Install rib (P239) on the port wing frame.

3 Then install

the ﬁnal rib

(P240) into

the remaining

slots in the

wing frame.

4 Insert the end

of the port

navigation light

into the socket

labelled C, as

shown. Turn

on the power

supply and

check that the

light illuminates.

5 Then disconnect

the wires and

keep the light

to one side.

Stage 93: Port wing

leading edge

Assembly

1 Combine the upper and lower halves of the port wing leading edge (P241 and P242). Fix the halves together with

four LP screws.

2 Fix the narrow end together with an OP screw.

Assembly

1 You will need the parts supplied with this stage, part X020 from

Stage 92, as well as assemblies from Stages 92 and 93. Bend the port

navigation light wire as shown.

2 Then pass

the light wire

along the

port wing

and use the

adhesive

tape to hold

it in place,

as shown.

3 Fit the port wing

leading edge

assembly onto

the front of the

wing frame.

4 Then place

the port wing

upper wing

panel (P243)

onto the frame.

5 Check that the

wire is placed in

the grooves in

the ribs.

6 Fix the panel

from the

underside of the

frame with eight

NP screws.

7 Then tighten an

LP screw into

the indicated

hole.

8 Install the port

wing lower

tip (P244) at

the edge of

the wing and

secure with

two SM screws.

Assembly

2 Secure the tabs to the pylons with MM screws.

1 Place all of the tabs (P250) into the spaces in the pylons (D100), as shown.
