Thecentreofgravityofseat(CoG)canbeadjustedbymountingseatframefarthertowardsfrontortherearofseat.
CAUTION!
Theseatingsystemofthemobilitydeviceisdeliveredexworkswithastandardadjustmentofcentreof
gravity(CoG),whichmeets80%90%ofuserrequirements.CoGcanbeadjustedindividually.However,any
changeinthisadjustmentsettingcannegativelyinuencethestabilityofthemobilitydevice.
Youmustperformanindividualriskanalysiseverytimeyouchangethecentreofgravityoftheseating
position,inordertoensurethesafetyandstabilityofthemobilitydevice.
A:Seatdepth
B:centreofgravityoftheseat/seatposition
Theuserweightandseatdepthhavestronginuencesonthechoiceofthecentreofgravity(CoG).Iftheuseris
heavyandtheseatdepthisgreater,thefocusshouldbethefartherback.Forbestpossibledrivingcharacteristicsof
rear-wheeldrivemobilitydevices,theweightshouldbedistributed:30%40%frontand60%-70%rear .For
centerwheeldrivestheweightshouldbedistributed25%front,50%centerand25%rear.

aretestedunderloadusingadigitalvoltmetertocheckbatterychargelevelatthechargerconnector.Thechargerconnector
islocatedontheremote.Whenvoltageattheoutputdrops1.0voltsunderload(2.0voltsforapair),replacethebatteries.
Readtheseinstructionscarefullyandthemanufacturersinstructionsonthedigitalvoltmeterbeforeproceeding.
