IMPORTANT
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING FIXTURE. RETAIN THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.



WARNING: Make certain power is OFF before installing or maintaining  xture. No user serviceable parts inside.
 WITH ACCESSORY KIT
1. Hook into the Fixture(Fig. 1).
 Hang the Fixture on the Ceiling Hook or chain (Fig. 2).

Fixture to one side, and tighten Screws.

1. Nuts on 1/2” NTP (Fig. 5).
 Insert 1/2” NTP stem into the Bracket Hole 
Nuts (Fig. 6).
