The Intermec CK60 Handheld Computer Bumpers (p/n: 203-710-001) help protect
your CK60 from the normal bumps and occassional drops that happen during its
use.
1 To remove the damaged bumpers use a T-10 driver and remove the top and
bottom screws from each of the four corner Bumpers.
2 Attach the new bumpers using the replacement black #6-32 x 3/4 cap screws on
the back side and #6-32 x 3/16 silver cap head screws on the top side. Use the
T-10 driver to tighten the screws. The recommended torque is 5 in-lbs. Ensure
that the honeycomb part of the bumper is on the back side of your CK60.
