Using the VEP-3 Electroblotting System
1. Stack gel and membrane between foam pads and blotting filter paper,
place into the cassette and place clip onto the cassette
2. Slide the cassette into the tank
3. The tank is designed so there is no chance of setting the cassette(s) in
backwards
4. If temperature regulation is required, attach tubing to the hose
connectors on the back of the tank
5. The electroblotting system may be hooked up to tap water or a
recirculator for cooling
