P7-CST Gradient Gel Caster Instructions
1. Assemble the gel cassette (s) and
place into the caster.
2. Clamp the cassette in the caster.
3. Pour or gravity feed the acrylamide
solution onto the cassette. Once the gel
is polymerized, remove the cassette
and place in a running device.
