HEP-3 System Procedure
1. Soak the gel, membrane and blotting filter paper in transfer buffer
2. Arrange a sandwich consisting of presoaked blotting filter paper, gel
and membrane
3. Place the sandwich on the base, cover with the lid and connect to your
power supply
