The above mentioned custom item and/or purchase order may not be cancelled, returned, or rescheduled without the

express written consent of dormakaba Canada, Inc. Any estimated delivery is an estimate only and may be subject to

change. A change to the delivery date will not mitigate buyer’s obligation under this agreement.

Lead-time is subject to supplier’s confirmation with each order submission. Lead-time for lever orders does not include

production assembly. Lead-time begins once the non-cancelable/non-returnable product agreement form has been

approved by dormakaba Canada, Inc.

Receipt of your signed acknowledgement below is required for dormakaba to accept/proceed with your order.

Note: dormakaba recommends an additional 10% stock be ordered for lock repair/replacements or additional lock orders.

Custom levers are not stocked items. Custom levers are produced based on special order requests and generally carry a

minimum order requirement of 500 pcs.
