• Install in accordance with the Naonal Electric Code, and local
regulaons.
• This product is intended to be installed and serviced by a qualied,
licensed electrician.
• Only install compable LED xtures and controls. Contact technical
support or visit the product page for compable products.
• Proper heat dissipaon will prolong the working lifespan of this product.
Install in a well-venlated area free from explosive gases and vapors.
• Ensure applicable wire is installed between driver, xture, and any
controls in between. When choosing wire, factor in voltage drop,
amperage rang, and type (in-wall rated, wet locaon rated, etc.).
Inadequate wire installaon could overheat wires, and cause a re.
• Do not install if product has any visible damage.
• Do not modify or disassemble this product beyond instrucons or the
warranty will be void.

Prior to installaon, ensure all components are a compable system. Congure and pre-test your LED system prior to permanent installaon to ensure
all components are operang correctly. Install in accordance with the NEC and local regulaons.
1. Turn OFF 120~277VAC power at the main breaker prior to installaon.
2. Determine locaons to install the driver, xture and control. See ‘System Diagram.’
3. Aach appropriate load and 0-10V control/dimmer to the driver. See ‘Wiring Connecons.’
4. Install addional components and accessories. Once complete, turn main power ON.

Troubleshooting
Fixture does not illuminate
• See ‘System Diagram’ and installaon guides of all components. Ensure
the system is wired correctly.
• Verify polaries are correct.
• Ensure a compable constant voltage dimmable xture is installed.
• Ensure the driver and xture have the same voltage speciaons (12V
& 12V, or 24V & 24V).
Fixture does not dim
• Ensure a compable constant voltage dimmable xture is installed.
• Ensure a compable 0-10V control is installed.
• Verify Purple (V+) and Gray (V-) data wires connected to 0-10V control
are not swapped.
Fixture dims but does not turn o
• Verify if the 0-10V control requires an addional power pack (relay
switch) to turn the xture on/o.
• Ensure not to mix & match power packs and dimmers from dierent
manufacturers.
There is a delay when dimmer is switched o • This is normal when loading the driver with small loads. To reduce any
switching delays, install a larger load on the driver.
Fixture is quickly ashing or ickering
• Verify a compable 0-10V control is installed.
• Ensure a compable constant voltage dimmable xture is installed.
• Ensure all connecons are properly secured.
Fixture is slowly ashing • Ensure driver is not overloaded. An overloaded driver will cause the
internal auto-reset to trip repeatedly.
Prior to troubleshoong, ensure a compable system is installed. Verify compable xtures, drivers, controls and addional components were specied
correctly.
