Guidance and general safety instructions
Due care and attention is required when driving a motor vehicle. The operation of
any device whilst driving may cause a lack of attention, and pose a hazard to other
road users
Please follow general safety guidelines before and when using any connected device
Do not attempt to connect your product whilst driving
Ensure your product ts correctly and securely into the power outlet socket before driving
Do not attempt to adjust or tune your music device whilst vehicle is in motion or operating
the controls of the vehicle
Do not insert any objects other than the correct adapter into the power outlet without
disconnecting the battery of the vehicle
We do not assume any responsibility for personal injury, or damage incurred due
to misuse, or safe operating of devices connected to your vehicle or the vehicle’s
power outlet

Pairing to a wireless device
Before you can use the MyJack wirelessly, it will need to be paired to your device.
1. Press and hold the MFB (1) for 6 seconds. This will turn the MyJack on and will
automatically enter pairing mode. The MFB (1) will then ash red and blue to indicate
it’s in pairing mode
2. Turn your device’s Bluetooth
®
ON and search for new devices
3. Select ‘KS MyJack’ from the list of found devices
4. If asked for a passcode, enter ‘0000’and the MyJack will then be paired with your device
5. The MyJack will automatically pair to the last device it connected to when turned on
Note: ‘Bluetooth’ is a trademark of Bluetooth SIG, Inc. This product is in no way aliated
with or endorsed by Bluetooth SIG Inc.
Note: Pairing mode will be active for 3 minutes. After this, the light will slowly ash blue.
To re-activate pairing mode, turn the MyJack o and follow the instructions as above.
Please note you can have two devices paired to the KS MyJack at any time.
Instructions for use
Getting started
To turn the MyJack on/o, press and hold the MFB (1) for 3 seconds
The MyJack will turn o automatically if not active for 10 minutes
Charging
Note: It is recommended that you give the MyJack a full charge before its rst use.
1. Plug the micro USB end of the charge cable into the MyJack micro USB charge port (2)
2. Plug the standard USB end into a computer or a USB mains charger
3. The MFB (1) will be solid red whilst charging
4. When charging is complete, the MFB (1) will be solid blue
Note: It is recommended that you give the MyJack a full charge before its rst use.

Re-pairing a wireless device
1. Turn o Bluetooth connectivity on any previously paired devices
2. Follow the ‘Pairing a wireless device’ instructions
3. If a previously paired device is not present within the wireless connectivity range
then the speaker will re-enter pairing mode
Playing music through your MyJack
• Plug the MyJack into the aux-in port of the speaker/stereo
• Play the music on your device and the sound will play through the speaker
• Whilst playing music please use your device to change volume/track
• To play/pause songs through the MyJack short press the MFB (1)
Call handling
You can take phone calls whilst connected via wireless. The MFB (1) becomes an
Answer/End call button.
Answer phone call Short press MFB (1)
Reject phone call Press MFB (1) for 1 second
Hang up the phone call Short press MFB (1)
Re-dial last number Short press MFB (1) twice
Cancel dialling Short press MFB (1)
Note: If your vehicle’s aux-in port is located within the glove box and the glove box is closed,
you may have problems talking over the phone as the MIC won’t be able to pick up your voice.
If the KS MyJack doesn’t t into your aux-in port because of a tight space you can insert the
extension cable into the aux-in port and then connect the KS MyJack into the other end.

Care for your MyJack
Please DON’T:
Get the MyJack wet
Drop the MyJack as this will invalidate your warranty
Open up the MyJack. There are no user serviceable parts inside
Expose MyJack to extreme temperatures or rapid changes of hot to cold or vice versa
Please DO:
Clean the MyJack with a soft dry cloth and no detergents
Battery
• Low battery alarm will indicate there is 5 minutes left of battery
• After 5 minutes the MyJack will turn o
WARNING
– Do not install over an airbag cover or within the airbag deployment zone
– Check your government’s guidelines regarding mounting position requirements before use
– Do not use your smartphone while you drive

Please do not attempt to open this product. There are no user serviceable parts inside. If your product has
an embedded, non-replaceable battery, do not attempt to access or remove the battery. This may cause
personal injury and will damage the product.
Making any attempt to open the product or carry out repair voids any and all warranties.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by minor inconsistencies in these instructions, which may occur
as a result of product improvement and development.
