1. Attach 5” WHEELS (4) to the
CART BASE using 3/8”–16 x
1” HEX BOLTS & NUTS (16).
2. Insert the PLUGS (4) into the
open ends of the CART BASE.
3. Position the UPRIGHT POSTS
(3) into the CART BASE.
4. Use 3/8”–16 x 1” HEX BOLTS
& WASHERS (3) to secure the
UPRIGHT POSTS to
t
he bottom
of the cart.
5. Use 3/8”–16 x 1” HEX BOLTS
& WASHERS (6) to secure the
UPRIGHT POSTS at the back of
the cart.
6. Mount the HORIZONTAL “U”
CHANNELS (2) to the UPRIGHT
SUPPORT POSTS using 3/8”–
16 x 2¾“ HEX BOLTS and
WASHERS (6).
7. Fasten the cart’s HANDLES (2)
to the HORIZONTAL “U”
CHANNELS using 3/8”–16 x
1” HEX BOLTS & WASHERS
(4).
8. It is recommended that you
fish any required SYSTEM
CABLES down any VERTICAL
POST as it may be difficult to
do so once the displays are
mounted.

9. Affix POWER BAR with Velcro
and CABLE RACEWAY with
double-sided tape as shown.
10. Mount COVER PANEL using
¼“–20 x 3” BOLTS & NUTS (6).
11. If the AUDIO AMPLIFIER
OPTION is available, use the
M3 x 8 SCREWS (2) to attach
the AMPLIFIER to any of the
SPEAKER BRACKETS-A.
12. Place .5” SPACERS (3) behind
the SPEAKER BRACKETS-A (3)
and mount them to each of
the POSTS using ¼”–20 x 3¼”
BOLT & NUTS and ¼”
WASHERS. The CENTER
BRACKET should include the
AUDIO AMPLIFIER.
DO NOT TIGHTEN SPEAKER
BRACKETS AT THIS TIME.
13. Remove the top cover for the
display box. Leave the
display in the bottom
packaging for the next step.
14. Align and secure the DISPLAY
MOUNTING BRACKETS (2 x2)
to the matching pair
of
mounting holes on the rear
of the DISPLAY using the M8
BOLTS (4 x2)*.
* If needed, install the brackets with
the included ALUMINIUM
SPACERS.

16. Attach SPEAKER BRACKETS-B
(3) to the SPEAKER BAR using
the EXISITING SCREWS (6).
17. Attach the SPEAKER CABLE
t
o
the SPEAKER BAR.
The optional AUDIO
AMPLIFIER will require the
DB-9 connection.
18. Mount the SPEAKER BAR and
BRACKET-B to the existing
studs on SPEAKER BRACKET-
A using NUTS and ¼”
WASHERS (6)
19. Adjust the SPEAKER BAR to
align with the DISPLAY’S front
and bottom and securely
tighten the screws.
THE FOLLOWING REQUIRES THE
HELP OF AT LEAST ONE OTHER
PERSON TO LIFT AND MOUNT
THE HEAVY DISPLAYS!
14. Lift and hook the DISPLAYS to
the top HORIZONTAL “U”
CHANNEL – center align the
displays to mount onto to the
CART.
15. Attach the CLAMPS (8) to the
FRAME/DISPLAY using the ¼-
20 x ½” BOLTS (16).
Use all CLAMPS – 4 for each
display as shown.

20. Attach CODEC BRACKETS (2)
to the rear of the FRAME, as
shown, using M8 x 16
SCREWS (2).
21. Mount the CODEC to the
BRACKETS by removing the
screws on each side of the
CODEC and using the same
screws to secure the CODEC.
22. Determine what position you
prefer the HD CAMERA to be
in -- left, center, or right.
23. Align the CAMERA BRACKET
with the left, center, or right
set of bracket holes along the
top “U” CHANNEL and secure
the bracket using 10-32 x .5”
SCREWS (2).
24. Use the ¼”–20 x 3/8” SCREW
to secure the HD CAMERA to
the CAMERA SHELF*.
* Affix the FELT PAD to the
bottom of the CAMERA SHELF
to protect from scratching the
top of the DISPLAY.
25. Slide the CAMERA SHELF into
the CAMERA BRACKET and
secure the two parts together
with 10-32 x .5” SCREWS (2).

26. Use the following instructions
to integrate a VESA-mount PC,
a storage box, or a UPS shelf:

UPS SHELF
Use 10-32 x .5” SCREWS (3)
MAX WEIGHT: 50 LBS
Straps are supplied for fastening
a UPS to the UPS SHELF.
NOTE: The mounting locations
for the CODEC and PC MOUNTS
can be interchanged, as can the
UPS SHELF and STORAGE BOX.
27. Wire the CABLES and make
appropriate connections
according to the WIRING
DIAGRAM on the following
page.
28. System assembly is now
complete. For further
information on system
configuration and operation
refer to the CODEC GUIDE.

UPS SHELF: MAX WEIGHT = 50 LBS.
