Q: What devices does the headset work for?
A: Voipfocus Connect is suitable for those Bluetooth-enabled Android,ios,
and PC devices with Windows or Mac OS system.
Q: Dose it have mute function?
A: Yes,but the mute function is only effective during conversation.For other
third-party software,you may probably set the mute function on the device
it connects to.
Q: How to mute a conversation?
A: Press once the mute button during conversation, and you will hear the
voice of "Mute on" and then the conversation will be muted.And press
once again the mute button,you will hear the voice of "Mute Off" during
the conversation.
Q: How to pair this wireless headset with my cell phone?
A: Long press the Bluetooth button till the indicator light flashes red +
green, then go into your Bluetooth pairing on your phone and select
"AUSDOM Voipfocus Connect" and pair!
Q: How to clear off the pairing list(Reset the headset)?
A: Press and hold the "Power/Bluetooth and volume+" button for 5
seconds, the LED indicator will light off and then flash red and green.
And the headset turns into repairing mode.
Q: What should I do if I suddenly get a call while listening to
music or in a meeting?
A: In this case, you only need to press once the Power/Bluetooth button
to answer, if you need to refuse to answer please long press(2-3s) the
Power/Bluetooth button.
Q: Does the headset come with a charging stand?
A: There is a handy optional charging stand, which is available as an add-on

Q: Can the headset be used normally while charging?
A:The phone headset could not be used while charging.Please kindly use it
once it is fully charged.
Q: Does it let you know when the battery is dying?
A: Yes, the indicator light will flash red when the battery is low.Your
Bluetooth-connected device such as ios/android smartphone can check
the status of this headset, it would show you the battery left.
Q: Does this wireless Bluetooth headset with noise cancelling
function really have a noise canceling function? What is the
