DLM Conguration App 2.1
Country of Origin: Made in the USA
OVERVIEW
The Wireless Digital Lighting Management (DLM) Conguration app from Legrand is supported on
iOS® and Android® and allows users (electrical contractors, installers, or technicians) to wirelessly
scan for, pair together, and congure Wattstopper Wireless DLM devices and room networks. From
the convenience of a smart phone or tablet and using Bluetooth® low energy technology, the app
creates a secure environment to easily establish and manage DLM wireless rooms across a project.
Code compliant rooms are now easier to set up and more secure than ever before, giving end-users
comfort that their wireless devices and rooms are protected in a wireless environment. Replacing the
LMCT-100 infrared remote, no other hardware or tools are needed for commissioning wireless DLM
devices.

CREATING SITES and
WIRELESS ROOMS
10
The optimal and recommended way to set up your wireless system is through sites. The Sites tab allows for viewing of all available
sites and the creation of new sites. Nearby sites are visible from the top of the sites list. By setting the structure for each site through
areas and rooms, you can connect devices directly to those rooms for organization, edit device parameters, and sequence of
operations. This diagram shows the steps you will take to establish wireless DLM room networks through the sites option.
SITES AND WIRELESS ROOM OVERVIEW
SITES
Establish a site with a name and
location. Add contact information for
site owner and site installer. Repeat for
multiple sites.
Within the site tab, tap any site to view
and edit the site structure through areas
and rooms.
SET UP AREAS AND ROOMS
Structure the site by establishing areas
and rooms. This allows for zone control
of devices and scenes.
Obtain more detailed information like
occupancy state, current load level,
and room parameters through the
room view. Toggle between room info,
room devices, and room scenes using
the tab at the top of the page.

cannot be deleted, only edited through
the app. The site owner can call the
service center to have a site removed
from the account. 1.888.538.6070
3. Click Create Site when nished
to complete the site set up. Use
parameters and scenes to create a code
compliant site.

for convenience. Tap on the site tile
from the sites level to access the sites
dashboard. Select your site any time
from the site tab to access it.

DEVICE AND ROOM VIEWS
LOCATIONS OVERVIEW
Structuring the site through areas and rooms is the optimal organization method for devices. By preparing your site under this format,
you can efficiently assign devices and control lighting parameters. This overview will help you understand the tree structure of areas in
the DLM Config app.
Add areas and rooms according to desired site set up. You can add more areas under the original area. NOTE: You cannot add areas
within a room, however you can list a area within an area as desired for multiple layers.

2. Wireless Dimming Wall Switch
Remove switch plate and with a pen point or small screwdriver,

ve minutes and gives you enough time to pair the device through the app. Follow these instructions on how to wake up sensors, wall
switches, and the BLE radio for controllers. NOTE: Wake up all devices within arms reach before installation and if needed, other
installed devices via ladder.

IDENTIFY ICON
1. When viewing devices in a list,
click the eye icon next to the device
to identify it (also known as pinging it)
within the room. NOTE: If it is a load
controller, it will blink its loads. With
other devices, the onboard LED will
blink.
3. To change the description, click the
text eld and edit as desired. Click the
+ icon to add a new tag to the device.
Tags are used to group devices for
control. See more on page 18.
2. After clicking the identify icon, a
pop up menu will appear with options
to give the device a description, and
edit tags. Descriptions are helpful so
you and others can identify the type of
loads, or the switch, dimmer or sensor
that will control those loads.
4. To save changes and to complete
identifying the device, click Done.
