Follow manufacturers’ instructions for ladders and/or scaffolding. Failure
to do so may result in injury or death.
Follow manufacturers’ instructions for hand or power tools. Always
wear safety glasses. Failure to do so may result in injury and/or
product damage.

procedures. Failure to support sash may result in injury and/or
product damage.

a reasonable number of people with enough strength to lift, carry
and install window and door products to avoid injury and/or product
damage.

Unlock and open operating panel.

Remove visible head track screws and save for reuse.

Close and lock operating panel. Remove remaining head track screws and save for reuse.

Unlock and open operating panel half-way.

Tip top of operating panel and head track panel stop inward from frame.
Lift head track panel stop from top of panel and save for reuse.

Lift operating panel out of frame. Place panel
on a at surface with interior side facing up.
Operating Panel
Remove roller screws from bottom of door panel and save for reuse.
Remove rollers from panel using a needle nose pliers and dispose of
properly.

Insert new rollers into rout pocket with adjustment screw facing interior.

Fasten roller using saved screws.

Center operating panel into frame with rollers on sill track. Tip top of
operating panel slightly inward.

Place head track/panel stop on top of operating panel with panel stop
facing interior.

Tip top of operating panel back into frame.

stationary panel side.

Fasten head track with remaining saved
screws on operating panel side.
