1. Dene the type of network device.
2. If the network device supports PoE (Power over Ethernet) function, simply connect the camera to it via Ethernet cable.
3. If not, the connections to the network device (via Ethernet cable) and DC adapter are required.

2.2 Mounting Camera
Ceiling Mount
1. Place the alignment sticker on the desired location.

2. Drill the holes into the ceiling as the sticker shown.
3. Attach the metal bracket to the ceiling using two
included screws.

4. Install the camera onto the metal bracket.

2.3 Assigning IP address

step 1 : Screw the camera stand to the pre-mounted
anchor on the wall
step 2 : Fix the wall mount adapter to the camera

1. Launch Discovery Tool (IPCamDiscovery.exe). The tool will start searching and then displaying the cameras on the
Device List after they are found.
2. Check the checkbox to select a camera device from the list.
3. The IP Camera may be assigned with a valid IP address via DHCP server. It can be also manually given a static IP
address. To do so, click on “Set IP”, and then input the IP, Subnet Mask and Gateway. Input account info if the camera is
password protected. (Default ID/Password: admin/1234)
4. Click on the “Browse” button to get access to the camera web page immediately.

2.4 Accessing the camera
1. Launch IE browser and input the IP address of the camera, or click on “Browse” button on Discovery Tool. The web page
with video will then be shown as below. (Default ID/Password: admin/1234)
2. The live video of the camera can be played with a RTSP player, such as VLC or QuickTime. The network URL is rtsp://
Camera IP/stream1. The example given below is that live video is displayed with QuickTime player.
2.5 Tuning the camera focus

1. Unlock and remove the camera cover by rotating clockwise.
2. Adjust the tilt angle and lens focus.
3. Restore and lock the camera cover by rotating counterclockwise.
