1. Gang Center Wall Frames together
2. Assemble Side Wall Frames
3. Assemble Center Wall Frames to Side Wall Frames
4. Assemble Streetside Frame and Header to Side Wall
Frame
5. Level and square frames
6. Assemble Closet to Streetside Frame
7. Assemble Center Wall Transom Frame to Center Wall
Frame
8. Make all electrical connections
9. Install inside Cladding
10. Install Bookcase and Work Surface Supports
11. Install Work Surfaces with Troughs
12. Install Electrical Components to Work Surface
13. Install Trim then outside Cladding
14. Install Shutters and attach work tools

Note: Maximum length of an unsupported center wall is 14-feet. An unsupported center
wall is a run of center wall frames without a return side wall.

2. Install Ganging Clips where Stiles are back to back.
3. Set Rail onto Stiles and secure with Tie Rods.

2. Insert Curved Tube ends into Wall Frame.
3. Secure Curved Tubes to Wall Frame with Screw.
4. Assemble Tube Connectors, Cross Tubes and Support Tube with Draw Rods as
shown. Tighten Draw Rods to 150 in-lbs.

5. Place Rail Posts on Top of Support Tubes.
6. Set Rail on Top of Rail Posts.
7. Install Hex Socket Head Screws.
Note: No more than 2 unsupported streetside straight frames (24”-or 28”-wide, 46” -or 68” high, in
any combination) can be used in a row. An unsupported streetside frame run is one without
header support and surface attached. 81” streetside frames require header support.

Notice:
After all four wall frames are installed, level and square
starting with the Center Wall Frame. Adjust glides to level.
1. Align and square walls when all Wall Frames are assembled.
2. Square walls by measuring diagonally across ofce, adjust walls and re-measure
until both measurements are same.
3. After all wall frames are aligned and squared, level
by adjusting Glides. Start with Center Wall Frame.

1. Position End Support between Side Wall Frame and Wall Cladding.
2. Install (2) 5/8” long Cap Screws. DO NOT TIGHTEN!
3. Repeat process at other end of Wing Wall.
4. Assemble Main Support onto End Supports.
Make sure Spring Pins engage into Detent
Holes.
5. Tighten End Support Screws.

6. Extend Streetside Support until detent engages.
7. Secure Streetside Support to Streetside Pole with (2) Cap Screws.
8. Insert Post Support into Bookcase Leg. Make sure Spring Pins engage.
9. Slide Bookcase into position with Leg Support inserted into Post Support.

1. When Closet is used for mounting Secondary Surface Support, position Support
Bracket onto Back Panel of Closet.
2. Secure Bracket to Back Panel with Screws and Nut Plate.
3. Place Support Assembly onto Support Bracket.
4. Insert Nut Plate into end of Support Assembly.
5. Secure Support Assembly to Support Bracket with Screw.

1. 68” frame only - remove Corner cap (G) and Taptite screws (H) at each end of Top Rail (C).
2. Lay Side Wall frame members out on clean at surface.
3. Insert Spring Pin (M) into small hole in Center Stile (F) before installing to Rail (D).
4. Fit members together.

1. Secure both ends of 2 Rails (D & E) to Stiles with (2) 3/4” Button Head Screws (L).
Start with Bottom Rail (E) rst, then Middle (D). Install Top Rail (C) last with (2) Cap
Screws (N) at each end. Also install 1 Screw (L) into Bottom Rail from outside side
of Stiles. Do not tighten! See Step 3 to attach Top Rail for 46” Frame.
2. Secure Center Stile to Middle Rail and Top with 1 Pan Head Screw (R). See Step 3
to attach Middle Rail for 46” Frame.
3. Tighten all screws at this time to 80 in-lbs.

1. Insert Spring Pin (M) into Center Stile (F) and insert other end into hole in Center Rail.
2. Set Top Rail (C) onto Frame.
3. At Streetside end of Frame, secure Top Rail to Stile (A) with two Socket Head Cap
Screws (N). Tighten to 80 in-lbs.
4. At Center Wall end of Frame, place Clevis End Cap (T) at end of Top Rail. Install two
Socket Head Cap Screws (N). Tighten to 80 in-lbs.
5. Snap Flat Cap (V) onto Clevis End Cap.
6. Insert Draw Rod (S) through Middle Rail, Middle Stile and into Top Rail. Tighten Rod.
Note: Do not install Snap Plug (U) and other Flat Cap (V) until Streetside Frame is
installed.

Screws (H).
2. At Center Wall connection side of frame only: Press Double Tube Plugs into ends of
rails.
