A. Phillips screwdriver
B. Blade or knife
C. 3 mm Allen wrench
D. 5 mm Allen wrench
E. Small flat screwdriver
CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect
charger before conducting any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these
steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove four (4) screws from
the controller cover under the deck.
Locate and disconnect two (2) motor connectors from
controller.

Disconnect brake cable from controller.
Using a 3 mm Allen wrench, remove two (2) screws from
the brake fender.
Using a blade or knife, cut the grip tape shown in picture.
Peel the grip tape to the side.
Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, remove the bolts that hold
the wheel in place.

Using a small flat screwdriver, remove the grommet at
the back from inside the controller compartment.
Once you remove the grommet, slide rear wheel and
fender off from the unit being careful not to pinch the
wires.
Reverse the steps.
ATTENTION: Charge battery 8 hours before using.
