General Setup Instructions

- Read entire setup instruction manual prior to

unpacking parts and pieces.

- The setup instructions are created specifically

for this configuration.

- Setup instructions are laid out sequentially in

steps, including exploded views with detailed

explanation for assembly.

WARNING

Cleaning & Packing

- For Cleaning Metal, Plex, & Laminate Parts:

Use a MILD NON-ABRASIVE cleanser and

soft cloth/paper towel to clean all surfaces.

- Keep exhibit components away from heat

and prolonged sun exposure.

Heat and UV exposure will warp and

fade components.

- Retain all provided Packing Materials.

All provided packing materials are for

ease of repacking & component protection.

Disassembly

- For loss prevention, tighten all setscrews

and locks during disassembly

SEG Graphic Installation

1) Locate channels along the edges of extrusions

2) Insert graphic corners first into channels then center

point of graphic into channels. Allows for proportional

fit around the perimeter of the extrusion.

3) Working from center to corner, slide silicon edge

on graphic into channel.

4) After all edges of graphic have been inserted into

channels, step back and assess graphic fit, make

adjustments where needed.

LT Panel Assembly

1) With a vertical offset, place LT-Panels side-by-side;

slide vertically offset panel down to lock panels

together and in place.

2) Corner Connectors (90°, T-Connector, Straight Connector)

connect just as panels connect together. Repeat Step 1

for installing corner connectors to panels.

LT Panel Disassembly

1) To disassemble push panel with upper locks horizontally

to disengage top lock clip.

2) Slide panels or connectors vertically in opposing directions

to release latches and disconnect parts.







While pushed in,

pull panel up to

disassemble

Steps:

1) Connect base plates [1] to verticals [2] & [5];

repeat step to connect base plates [1A] to verticals [3] & [4].

2) Connect horizontals [6], [6A] [7] & [7A] between verticals [2, 3, 4 & 5] where indicated.

3) Attach verticals [8] to base plates [1A],and connect

horizontals [9] between vertical [3] & [8] and [4] & [8] where indicated.

4) Attach Graphics to the frame using velcro on the back side of the frame.

When assembled

Steps:

1) Place counters on top of verticals [7] and secure in place.

See Counter Top Attachment detail.

2) Attach monitor mounts to backwall where indicated.

See Monitor Mount Attachment detail.

3) Attach lights on top of assembled backwall.

See Light Connection detail.

of counter into holes on flange plate

and secure with wing nuts.

1) Attach back plate to monitor.

2) Attach bolts to vertical.

3) Hang mounting plate from bolts.

4) Connect back plate to mounting

plate; use bolts, washers, and a nut.

assembled curve panels and verticals [1,2] atop infills.

6) Hang door from hinges as shown in detail.

7) Place internal shelf on shelf supports

8) Set counter tops on top of assembled base.
