Door Springs in RTC/WTC and WTM
Model
Modular Rack Type range (Electrolux WTM series) and Compact Rack Type
range (Electrolux WTC series and Zanussi RTC series).
Problem
The big door (1490 mm) opens by itself.
Reason
In March 2007 we recalibrated the bending machine for tank hood and added
reinforcements for tank hood to avoid over clearance and have more precise
position of wash arms (above all the upper ones).
Less friction is a consequence of these improvements so less strong door
springs are needed.
Action in
Factory
From serial number 72900001 the 1490 mm module has 1 spring 0E5167 (38
mm wide) + 2 springs 0E5158 (25 mm wide) instead of 2 springs 0E51671 +
spring 0E5158.
