Problem
Low boiler temperature.
Reason

Therefore reasons of low boiler temperature can be:
1. Higher rinse water flow than it should be (either 4 l/min or 5 l/min according
to the model)
2. Lower inlet water temperature than it’s required (50°C for models without
ESD, 15°C for models with ESD)
3. Lower actual boiler power than it should be because:
• Not working boiler heater
• Lower voltage supply than 400V (208V/240V for US range versions). In
fact the actual power is:

For instance, a 12 kW boiler heater supplied with 380V instead of 400V has
an actual heating power of 10,8 kW (10% less than the nominal power rate).
Since September we have marked the screw to adjust the water flow and
removed the knob (in order to minimize change in the water flow rate by
unauthorized people, e.g. chemical engineers).

Actions in
Field
The actual rinse flow can be checked either manually or by the rinse flow
control (if boards have firmware version from 1.24 onwards in Modular RT /
1.25 onwards in Compact RT) - see service manual. All the rest (inlet water
temperature, voltage supply, etc.) can be checked with usual tools.
